There was one scene in The Politician when his hair covered part of his forehead, and he looked so much better. He is not unattractive, but he is not a sexy heartthrob. Not every actor has to be. He's talented, and not ugly by any means, but I can't imagine having sex with him. His upper lip is too thin. He looks like he tries too hard to look attractive, which is always off-putting to me. His body is awful. He is too skinny; he might actually look better with some weight. He obviously has moobs, and his outfits in The Politician didn't do him any favors. I always assumed he would be hairy -- he LOOKS like he would be a hairy guy -- but there was a mercifully brief scene in the show which showed he is either smooth, or shaves.

I find certain things about him unconventionally attractive as I do about many men.
For what it's worth, and I know this site is famous for its cuntiness and it can be fun sometimes but it tears my heart out when we trash fellow gays, or anyone for that matter, for their looks or appearance. It's so hurtful and shallow. I frequently wonder what it's like to be famous and then read these hurtful comments about our appearances for which we can do little about. New haircuts, beards, outfits, and workouts can't change our genes. It's so immaterial at the end of the day.
My aunt, mom's youngest sister and only 6 yrs older than me, was my idol. Stunningly gorgeous, blonde, tanned, athletic, trendy, and a big fag hag. She guided me through my coming out experience. My gay friends adored her and her charismatic personality and timeless beauty. She could have been a typical sexy hot mean girl but she wasn't. She befriended the gays, drag queens, the homeless, elderly folks, blacks, hispanics, immigrants and all the "others" that nobody else wanted to be associated with. She always reminded me that looks were superficial and it would all fade away someday.
Her "someday" would come sooner than most expected. Breast cancer would steal her golden locks, her youthful vigor, her sun kissed complexion and her buxom figure. At the end, only in her 40s, she was bald, had a double mastectomy, her tan was faded, and her buxom health was replaced by dying flesh. It was a cruel end to a life dedicated to anti bullying before it was a "thing".
Can we please, please, please not bully and demean because someone isn't your definition of beautiful? Beauty comes in many different forms.
