I am getting ads for Goli gummies on social media, even the redhead guy from Modern Family is shilling them. I am skeptical of their health benefits.

My guess is that it is just like that weight loss tea lesser celebs and Real Houswives were all hawking at one point. Shit.

I hate the No Cake For Me Ginger Bear in those commercials. You know he eats his feelings cake in dirty white underwear in front of the fridge and in the darkness.

I think they're just over hyped apple cider vinegar gummies. I take a far cheaper kind every day - I fast at least 12 hours every day by Saturday to compensate for 51 year old metabolism and they stop me from being hungry. They're supposed to make you metabolize carbs and starches more slowly too, making blood sugar spikes less intense. I've been taking one once a day for about 45 days now about an hour before I quit fasting and have lunch. It helps get through that stretch and sometimes lets me carry on for another hour or two before I actually eat. I fasted last night from 8:30 pm to 1:30 pm today - I made it 17 hours. ACV gummy at noon. And all I know is its Wednesday and I'm down 3 pounds since Friday.
