The kitchen in Golden Girls was a leftover from the failed Patty Duke sitcom It Takes Two. The set for As Time Goes By seems to be the same set as the Elaine Stritch sitcom Twos Company (with minor changes). How common was this? Other examples.
Interior sets only. Obviously, outdoor sets and buildings were reused often.

The kitchen set from Happy Days was used as the set for the soap opera Christina Crawford starred in in Mommie Dearest.

The season 1 dorm living room on [italic]The Facts of Life[/italic] looks awfully close to the one used on the one-episode wonder [italic]Co-Ed Fever[/italic], which Filmways produced for CBS in 1979.

The interior and exterior/grounds of the Queen mansion on Arrow was the Luthor mansion on Smallville. They make absolutely no effort to make them look any different, up to and including using some of the same furniture, so it's really weird for anyone who likes comic book shows.

The first season Facts of Life dorm set was also the Maude living room, redressed and with a few tweaks.

R7 that was supposed to be the same house. Episode one had Alan Thick selling it to Mr Cooper. Even though they took place in two different states.

Gidget and Hazel had the same kitchen. The outside of Gidget's and Beaver's house was the same.

I doubt that. Beaver was filmed at Revue (later Universal); Gidget was from Screen Gems (Columbia.)

The Grant White House spaces in Scandal, serve as the grounds for the rising Phoenix of an administration that the Kirkman presidency represents in Designated Survivor. ABC doesn’t believe in do overs... They’re probably going to use ‘em for years to come.

Laverne & Shirley's California apartment was reused as the living room on Two and a Half Men.

Beaver used two different houses. I think the show started on a rental lot that Revue (the tv arm of MCA) used and then moved to Universal after it was formally merged with Universal.
Screen Gems used a small number of houses for exteriors--I think Gidget used the Donna Reed or Father Knows Best house for exteriors. Interiors get refreshed much more often. There are a couple Donna Reed Show episodes literally built around redecorating the interiors. Kitchen sets often got updated, esp. when there was someone giving free appliances--like Fridgidaire when Chevy was sponsoring Bewitched.

R16 Wow, that's nuts. The second MTM apartment was so vastly inferior to her first one. The second one had zero character or warmth. I understood the need to change it up with Rhoda and Phyl gone, but that place was Dullsville, U.S.A.
And to just redress the Bob Newhart living room? These shows were massive hits that generated millions over the years. Couldn't the spend the cash to make an all new set for Mary? Were she and MTM head Grant Tinker estranged at the time? Weird.

The 60's era Irwin Allen shows all used the same props, particularly their computer consoles. Compare the flashing consoles and tape drives from the Jupiter 2 from Lost in Space to the Time Tunnel control room or the Seaview on Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.
