One of my favorite movies from childhood is turning 30 years old today, so I decided to do a re-watch which prompted me to look up where the kids are today. Apparently, they did a reunion in 2014 for the 20 Year Anniversary of the film's release. I had no idea the actor who played Buckwheat completely improvised the "I Got A Dollar" and "I Got A Pickle" songs. Quite talented for a 5 year old.
Also, millennials, we're old as hell. Officially.

Not 30 years old today. I meant to say turning 30 years old "this year."

Well shit. I watched the OG Little Rascals when I was a kid, on Metro NY TV, and those ancient Hal Roach shorts were only about 40 years old.

Bug Hall, Alfalfa, turned into a religious weirdo. He took a vow of poverty and is the ‘master’ of his wife and four or five daughters. Seems like a creep.

r5 why do I get the sense that if he had a son, he'd smother him in the crib and blame it on SIDS?

r9 The Little Rascal's curse continues, I guess. And here I was thinking it ended with Robert Blake.
