Tasteful Brewery Czars. An impressive Milwaukee home.

I don't care much for that open kitchen-dining room, but there are other rooms that could be used as a separate formal dining room.

It looks like stately Wayne Manor.

That's a lot of house for $980,000. A friend just paid $650,000 for a shitty post-war 2 bedroom co-op in Queens!

Location, location, location.

I like it but wouldn't want to have to take care of it.

The house has been subdivided into apartments. This listing is for a 3,347 sqft condo. So, no, not a lot of house for 1M+, in Milwaukee.

We have seen this before. It is SUBDIVIDED. Can't you see, Helen Kellers? It's OBVIOUS in the pictures. Such as the back terrace.

Shame about the subdivision, that is a gorgeous house. Also a shame about it being in Milwaukee, but at least it does have a great view of the lake.

A million dollars? Shucks, that's just beer money

Nice place in a good part of Milwaukee, but close to a lot of not so good parts of Milwaukee. Milwaukee is like Detroit if Detroit had money

R1 - I thought the same thing in those exact words.

A little over a million is a steal for that house. It's over a hundred years old and probably needs work, but the interior looks good...untouched in character....and looks well maintained. It's lovely. There are homes in my area...at that price or higher...that are average middle class homes.

Didn't read through the comments, like R5. This home is subdivided into condos.

All that big house to myself and under a million! What's the catch?

This place is definitely OVERPRICED for a few subdivided condo apartments contained within a former grand mansion, not to mention, it’s not even located in a main city.

Hard pass.
