Supreme Court Strikes Down Student Loan Forgiveness

R256 Yep, that's the best. The very best because it's based on years of experience working with millennials.

I have never been in a work environment where the culture of 'teamwork' has not been emphasized. But you and the rest of the millennials don't understand the concept of 'teamwork' as you proudly enter the office and carr the banner which says "Me, Me, Me, Me, Me!" You don't understand teamwork in a professional environment. You understand entitlement.

Sure, I'll ask you to teach me something new in technology. I will probably ask you again for a quick refresher later on in the day as I'm stuck on something. I admit it; I'm not as good at it as you seem to be. And I'm grateful for the help, and send you an email personally thanking you.

[bold] The tradeoff for helping me with technology happens daily,[/bold] when you millennials ask me to 'proofread' your emails you're about to send out to hundreds of people in the company, and the email you wrote on your own is one complete childish mess. Why? Because in your 40 years of life, including 20 years of education, you still don't know how to communicate professionally - not in written communication, and especially not in oral communication.

Speaking of which, I nearly die from embarrassment for you, when I attend a meeting and you have to speak to the group. You are so completely unaware of how incompetent and immature you come across, all the while thinking you're impressing everyone in the room. Yet, that's another 'favor' I will do for you - go over 'public speaking' with you and teach you how to read a room and address the group in a professional, business manner, rather see you continuously fail. I believe that's teamwork.

So I proofread and make the endless necessary changes - which amounts to rewriting your whole email - in more time than it took you to teach me 'sharepoint'. I send it back to you completely and professionally rewritten, tell you to sign your name to it, and I end up saving your ass from total embarrassment and a bad review from your supervisor.

That's teamwork, and returning the favor to those who have helped me. The difference in the end ? I get not a word of thanks from you, since my help is 'expected' - you are under the belief that you are entitled to my help in the office.
