Based on the clothes and hair, it's someone who was a teen in the 50s or 60s - so, someone who is in their 70s or early 80s today.
I'll go with one of the Rolling Stones or someone like Crosby Still and Nash. Outside chance of it being someone like James Taylor.

Tracii Guns, short-king lead guitarist of L.A. Guns, Brides Of Destruction, and originally (briefly) Guns N' Roses back when he was in a strange intense friendship with Axl Rose.
In the video at the link he's still cute in his early 20s, eating a lollipop of all things while he babbles about geeky guitar facts to an interviewer who clearly couldn't care less. He's still adorable to this day, actually, just with a lot more lines and wear & tear.
