I always knew that the Addams Family house was built just as an exterior facade but I’ve always wondered exactly where it was built. This guy went and found exactly where it was and I’m honestly shocked it was right here in LA and I’ve been to that location many times without realizing it.

During Greatest American Hero's first season, there was great sequence driving along Ventura Blvd through Encino....Big Ben Records is in the background at Newcastle....and The Gap at the corner of Encino Ave! (my street)

I have no idea where they are, but there are three "houses" I'm haunted by. First, the penthouse apartment wealthy socialite, Mimi Rogers lived in, in the police drama "Someone to Watch Over Me" with Tom Berringer and Lorraine Bracco. It was drop dead gorgeous. If I lived in Manhattan it's exactly the kind of apartment I would have. (If I hit the lottery.)
The second is the house in "Stepmom" the tear jerker with Susan Sarandon, Julia Roberts and Ed Harris. Again, suburban to NYC, gorgeous. Maybe Bedford? Or not. There was a scene where Susan Srarandon was out with her daughter played by Jenna Malone, and they were horseback riding in the winter at night, snow on the ground and a clear starry sky. Magic.
The Third, again, NY, the house Richard Gere and Diane Lane lived in in the movie, "Unfaithful." Loved it!
