Victoria Justice would be a good name for a lawyer, not a washed-up actress.

There's a term for this: aptronym. Tennis player Margaret Court and runner Usain Bolt are good examples of this.

If an author named a character Judge Learned Hand, you'd probably think it's heavy-handed, but there was a famous appellate judge by that name.
