I put it down to class and breeding for the most part R8. That sounds old-fashioned but in my middle class WASPY upbringing this shit would not be tolerated. No scenes in public EVER. It's not race but lower income tends to act out like this. Lots of white trash areas brawl and shoot each other. Some of it is cultural, I admit. Many Latino night clubs here have a brisk murder rate on weekends but they also attract the lower income population.
