Not to drift this post, but R6 is absolutely right. Between 40 and 45 a massive change happens. No matter how careful you are with your body/skin/eating, you start sagging. You neck's skin looses its tightness, and in general you become aware of being not young anymore. Amazing, funny as well, but mainly amazing.
