Lizzo is Killing America With Obesity Acceptance

I’m sorry, but getting obese and staying so is a form of giving up on oneself.

But how can we genuinely give obese people shit, you guys?

You don’t become Lizzie big in a few months. This isn’t comparable to going through a bad break up or losing a loved one, where one might hit the bottle or overeat for several months due to horrible depression.

She was fed to become this way from childhood. She doesn’t know any better, and the majority of obese people don’t either.

It’s a family affair all the way. Not at all an isolated occurrence developed later in life.

And let’s get real. Where there’s one fatty, there’s a dozen more. It eventually overtakes small towns and even cities.

The ones in the big cities MIGHT end up in situations where they make enough money to hire a personal trainer or team, in order to lose the weight, keep it off, have interventional surgeries, skin removal after weight loss, etc., but the ones in smaller towns?

Never gonna happen.

Obesity isn’t packing on those extra 40-50 lbs, which is a son-of-a bitch to lose, all on its own. These people are carrying another human being on their frame. That takes a lifetime to develop and the reason most will never attempt to lose it is because that extra person is their succor, their refuge. Their best friend they eat a gallon of ice cream with, when no one else is watching.

I have genuine pity for them, and not in a condescending way.

This is FIRST and foremost, a mindfuck that must be unfurled before their mind can convince themselves as an acceptable person who is SAFE when thin.

There’s tons attached here (pun sorta intended).

Let’s not be so cruel. Usually, in instances such as this, they were given this body by others. It was not their choice as children to become this way.
