I watched the videos after reading the comments. The comments led me to expect much worse. It’s bad, his points aren’t funny and don’t make a lot of sense and I agree that his attitude (combined with his weight) peony towards an eating disorder. But it’s not THAT bad.

I heard a lot of rich people actually don't care for fine dining. Many have personal chefs and surprisingly many rich people can enjoy cooking for themselves and family as a hobby/expression of love. Being at home is more comforting. I personally find fine dining boring as fuck. I rather go to a diner or cafe and get something good and fast than be on a long waiting list, play dress up and get a limited option of food that is often bland.

I think he was trying to do a funny rant / schtick about nothing, like a Jerry Seinfeld or Larry Kramer comedic bit about some ordinary life activity, but it flopped hard and wasn’t funny at all.
