Maybe she has a health condition that she's keeping to herself. I've become quite a fan of hers and I hope she's alright.
She has the height for better fashion. Something tailored but still a bit flowy like a vintage Diane von Furstenberg type of ensemble.

She swallowed a watermelon seed. It sprouted and grew in her abdomen. Quite impressive but hard to eject when it's due.

Someone else said ascites and I tend to agree. Some women tend to gain weight in their midsection and it’s almost impossible to lose it after menopause. She looks very uncomfortable all the time.
