Go to the person's post. Click the block button. It's right next to W/W and FF. It's a person symbol with a line through it (see below).
You won't be able to see their posts anymore,. Now go up to the top of the page and click the "Ignored" button (see below) and all their posts will show up.
To unblock them click the X symbol on the right hand side
