There was another brand even more déclassé than Wrangler. Can't recall it.
Anyone know the name?

Actually Wranglers are more authentic to western cowboy life than Levis. Had a work friend who grew up in Wyoming and whose father was on the rodeo circuit. He did kids rodeo stuff as a child. He said they never saw anyone who wasn't in Wranglers out there. Levis would have marked you as a city slicker. Had nothing to do with how much they cost. Just tradition, I guess.

Lee, I believe. Although it's fairly big in Europe.
Wrangler just did a collab with Gant, and it's pretty nice.

I’ll call your b..s: in no universe did any intelligent group of people, none breathing through their mouth, consider Wrangler more authentic than Levi Strauss..

Macy’s used to sell some off brand, I think called “Great Plains” or something.

They still make Lee and they're like $30 a pair.

Long ago I owned a Wrangler denim jacket and it lasted a long time.

I have no ass. Wranglers make me look like I have something going on back there.
I gave up my life long love of my Levis the first time I saw myself in a mirror wearing Wranglers.

Wranglers were the real deal. Sorry R8. Do your homework.

R16 /Lynne Cheney: This is Datalounge, not the microcosm of Wyoming-Colorado rodee-o circuit. Just take a step back, in your Blue Bell Co. jeans.

I started this thread. Recently I viewed another YouTube video of a brand of jeans and now I can't get this song out of my head. At least normal people wore Wrangler's.
This brand was for TACKY people

Sergio Valente had better indigo dye and better pocket detailing.
The best fitting jeans were Brittania - especially if you had a skater’s ass.
