If you look at pix from 10 years ago when he first become the Doctor, he had dark eyebrows.
Over the past 10 years, they've slowly disappeared.
It's strange.

I have blond hair, and other than a blonde patch on each side closest to the bridge of my nose, my eyebrows are colorless. I have them, but they don't show up on camera
