I've had a nose job surgery too. You'd be surprised at all the shitty things people will say to your face if you don't meet their aesthetical standards for facial appearance. You really don't understand how soul destroying it is unless it's happened to you.

A time will come when she wants to get a forehead lift. One of the side effects is the raising of the hairline slightly. In her case, that will be a win-win.
