It's funny how I thought the Sprouse twins would be over like the Olsens were after their tween franchises ended. But nope they made a comeback. Dylan's nudes leaked and Cole got on Riverdale. So now they are both relevant again and the topic of discussions. They were never good actors as most kid stars who are twins aren't.

Does anyone over the age of 19 even watch Riverdale? I'm in my late 20s and never seen a single clip or episode. I know it had Gregg Araki direct one episode.

I used to read Archie Comics though as a kid and I did watch The Suite Life of Zack and Cody during my middle school years.

r43 I'm late 20s and used to watch it for a few seasons because it had twinks and it was entertaining in a cheesy kind of way (a bit like Teen Wolf). Then the writing kept getting worse and they focused more on characters I didn't care about. So I stopped (a bit like with Teen Wolf).

R70 Makes sense for the audition as Archie is one of the most iconic redheads in American pop culture. But KJ is obviously not a natural redhead to anyone with working eyes. Not only because red hair dye never looks natural but also redheads have certain facial features to them that are distinctive.

On the 17th of December 2018 I was entering a elevator in London Paddington Station with my suitcase because it wasn't allowed on the moving stairs. A guy exited the elevator. I think he must have looked at me in passing as people do and some time after that I thought that this person was KJ Apa. I think that guy was wearing sunglasses and had a distinctive jawline from what I remember. I think it might have been KJ.

I never found either of the Sprouse twins sexually attractive. They are definitely cute but in a way that reminds me of puppies and kittens. I remember in middle school, girls would talk about how hot they were on The Suite Life and I thought even as a 13 year old boy they looked like they were 8 and couldn't believe they were the same age as me.

R90 The thing about twins is they may be genetic copies but their environment and also the genes they express later in life can result in physical differences. On The Suite Life, Dylan was always chubby and shorter with rounder face. Cole was always taller with a more slender face.

R22 and R30, just because someone professes Christian fundamentalism does not mean they're not gay. Some gays gravitate towards Christianity because they're been sold by someone the idea that God hates homosexuals, and that Jesus can cure it. It can take decades to disabuse them of such notions.

When asked for celeb crushes, he dodges the question by naming men he admires. At first, it seems like he'll play it straight (no pun intended) and just name men as crushes, but he makes a point of saying they're inspirational to him, not crushes. The narrative that he's gay and looking for a way to come out is not realistic. Nor is the narrative that he's gay and not looking to come out.
