Actor's are only required to wear a prosthetic penis if it is going to be shown erect in a film. So if you see a hardon, or an actor masturbating, then it is a prosthetic, OR if the actor, according to the script needs to be bigger than he actually is. None of this applies to the last scene of Saltburn and I am pretty sure that is all Barry. The Prosthetics were probably used for other things. And Barry pretty much confirmed it was him.

The man is completely naked and dancing in an extended scene. There is absolutely no prosthetic in the world that wouldn't stick out and be painfully obvious in that last scene. It was not the originally ending of the film. It was devised to and a more triumphant feel to what Barry's character had just accomplished. It is suppose to be raw and in the moment, liberating and free. A prosthetic would be the dumbest idea. They would just scrap the idea if they had to I am sure because it would look absurd.
