'50s "Sex" Comedy "Susan Slept Here"

TCM airs "Susan Slept Here" @ 2 a.m./ET later tonight/Dec. 24. This 1954 sex comedy has to be seen to be believed. Set during the Christmas holidays in Hollywood, Dick Powell plays a 35 year old screenwriter who is left with a 17 year old juvvie by the cops to look after, played by Debbie Reynolds. A cast of familiar faces, Powell's smooth manner & Debbie's energy may make this palatable, but others will be looking for their copy of "Singin' in the Rain!"
