Ron looks ugly and Candace is a decent blonde. The SATC Mr. Big was a pretty handsome guy at the time, so I am shocked that Candace stooped that low looks wise. It was like a Charlotte - Harry pairing. At the time, there were plenty of hot finance bros, why did Candace considered Ron an attractive pursuit ?
