Was Elastigirl animated by the Womanly Ass Troll?

I saw "The Incredibles 2" and was a bit shocked by how thicc Elastigirl's butt is throughout the movie. I wondered if I was just perverted, but then then I looked on the Internet and found everyone's talking about it.

It was especially evident when she was hypnotized and walking slowly. Lots of scenes of her from the back then, showing she got back.

She was bottom-heavy in the first film, except for the flashbacks to her days as a slim young heroine.

She's just drawn that way.
