This is just so sad. If you work at Wally World from 26-30 years your Christmas bonus is, wait for it, $150.00. If you work there over 30 years you get a whopping $200.00. If you're a part timer, no matter how long you've worked there, you get $20.00.
This is about the bonus structure at WM, so don't pepper the thread with comments about the guy in the video. His channel is all about exposing corporate greed and crookedness. He's doing a good service.

It's something. I worked at a major communications company for 13 years and got zilch/nada/nothing EVER.

R1 is right. Who gets Christmas bonuses from their boss? Who are you, Tiny Tim?

It's just his way of being funny,
I will say this, he looks pretty damn good in a tight shirt and jeans.

Wait, that’s the same guy as in the OP video? Isn’t the OP video an old guy?

The unmitigated greed of the WM CEO, getting paid over $20 million a year and $3+ million bonus is unconscionable. If I was him I'd be embarrassed to ever let a WM employee come anywhere near me.

No, it's just him with a beard. He's from Alabama. That's why he talks that way. Plus he's putting on for the camera.

A lot of profrssionals get a bonus around this time of year r1 and r3.

Yeah, I never got a Christmas bonus from any employers other than a liquorless lunch once or twice.
I think it depends on what size of business you work for. A small shop generally gives a bigger bonus than a large corporation simply because personal relationships in small businesses are integral to the success of the business.

It’s not kosher to give Christmas bonuses. You can’t tie religion into a bonus.

I've been given 3 xmas bonuses in my entire 35 year career. The most was $400. When I worked retail, we got nothing and usually had to work on the holidays.

I was at a Walmart the other day (I know, but I needed some things only they carry) and I watched the girl at the register slide several items without scanning them into bags. I'll give her this, she was damn good at it. I thought to myself it serves them right and I wished her Godspeed.
