My experience living for a few years in Houston and working out at several different gyms and sucking some dicks: probably slightly over half of the black men in Houston are uncut. Of the ones that are cut, many of them have moved there from other states, most local black guys are uncut.

But that isn't quite true. If you chase after Latinos, a ton of hispanic-Americans are uncut.
But white and black Americans are mainly going to be cut.
