Can someone please translate this into English? What the hell is "the paper house?" And why is a Spanish actor in a show with an Italian title?

For R12; A Spanish Netflix show called "Money Heist" in the US was called "La Casa De Papel" in Spain. It had a character called Berlin - most of the shows characters used cities names as codenames. The character Berlin is going to have a spin off where his character is younger and played by OPs Spanish actor.
OPs actor also played a character Roi in a trilogy of films with the first being "Dalla Mia Finestra" or "Through My Window" in the US.
