All of the paranoid I'm-smarter-than-you troll's posts so far on this thread:
[quote] [bold] I was looking at the previous thread and can’t believe almost every reply is from the same person.[/bold] Scary.
[quote][bold] Is r20 serious?[/bold] Does he think he’s a commercial?
[quote]R23 how nice. [bold] Do they actually matter when it’s you giving them to yourself? The same way you kept replying to yourself on the other thread.[/bold]
[quote]You also said something about Sabrina’s nose on the other thread. She’s Italian. Real Italians have always had larger noses.
[quote]R29 [bold]how convenient you saw the ending when the showrunners didn’t even allow most critics to see it.[/bold]
[quote]R38 why would you fast forward to the end instead of just watch the episode? [bold] Wtf. That’s weird as fuck.[/bold]
[quote]This finale has been phenomenal. Much much better than last season.
[quote][bold] Why do you keep replying from other accounts? Saying the same exact thing over and over but switching a couple words around.[/bold]
[quote]R52 [bold] R52 YOU WATCH THE EPISODE??? You really really need this explained? It wasn’t all self-explanatory to you like it was everyone else????[/bold]
[quote]Laura Dern just voiced his wife. We see Dominick looking at a family pic and the woman is not Laura Dern. Which is believable, as Albie’s mom wouldn’t look like Laura Dern and I get the sense that those men tend to marry “their own”, aka Italians.
[quote]R57 [bold] because you’re an uneducated idiot. Anyone with half a brain knew none of them were dying.[/bold] Tanya was the only one of the rich crew who had a chance with death.
[quote] R68 yes. They didn’t use Laura Dern because it isn’t believable that Dominick would marry and procreate with her, nor would her child with him look like Albie
[quote]R72 beautiful to you. I didn’t find him attractive. I actually found him meh. He has that super British face
[quote] [bold]R61 thanks for stating what has been said by me since thread 1.[/bold] Season 1 was about money aka wealthy privilege with a side of racial privilege as a “subplot”. Season 2 is about sex aka sexual politics and how one can use sexuality to get ahead, fall behind, get conned or do the conning etc especially when attractive. Lucia and Mia both are the perfect examples of sexual politics. They both used their looks and sexuality (and sex) to get what they wanted. Daphne uses sex as revenge for her husbands infidelity, and it’s her way of taking her own power back. Harper flirted with Cameron to gain the upper hand and make Ethan feel how she’s been feeling. And one can go on and on about how sexual politics was the foundation of this season.
