"The Fan" (1981 film)

Campy or just bad.

Should they make a musical based upon it? "Hearts, Not Diamonds" was written by Marvin Hamlisch (RIP) and Tim Rice.

Michael Biehn is rather hot.

I caught a part of it on one of the Encores a month or so ago.

I kept wondering, What happened to this or that actor. (I'm not referring to Lauren Bacall, James Garner, and Maureen Stapleton.)

There is a lot of coffee drinking in this film.

I'm still trying to figure out the plot of "Never Say Never".

R4 It's your typical, tired Sally Ross vehicle about a wanton woman who sacrifices true love for jewels, booze, and professional success. It was even worse than "It's Called Tomorrow", which I wisely turned down.

It really must be seen at least once. I moved to NYC a few months after it was released and staked out the subway passageway where....well, you know.

I love it. I find it entertaining.

Michael Biehn was excellent in it. He thought it was going to be his ticket to the A-list but it didn't jumpstart his career the way he hoped.

The tension between him and Bacall (which he mentions in the interviews on the Blu-Ray) adds to the tension.
