Should Michael Peterson still be in prison?

You may remember him from “The Staircase” and its sequels — he was convicted of the murder of his wife, was granted a new trial due to procedural misconduct, then copped an Alford plea.

I don’t mean should be still be in prison because he’s guilty. I mean, should he still be in prison because he’s annoying.

As you said, he copped an Alford plea and was resentenced to time served. So he's not in prison.
