I'm bored and stuck in the house, so here's a timeline, for those who don't want to read the whole damn thread:
Richard and Brandon have known each other since at least November 2018 because that's when photos of them surfaced from a party. (R was still dating his girlfriend at the time, though.) I think I read somewhere (maybe here) that they started following each other on Instagram in October.
Sometime around New Year's, Richard and his gf Ellie Bamber break up. At a few social occasions after that, Richard and Brandon appear together. Then in March, a photo surfaces of Richard walking Brandon's dog in LA. And shortly thereafter, an article pops up that says Richard is "crashing" with his "pal" Brandon in LA while Richard looks for work in Hollywood. Except Richard is apparently not looking for work in Hollywood, because he's landed a movie gig in London.
Richard flies back to London to start production on a new movie he's in with Colin Firth and Bumblesnort Cabbagepatch. But on Saturday night, a photo surfaces of him and Brandon sitting together at a play in London, so apparently Brandon has traveled to London with Richard. And now, just a few days later, they're both back in LA, walking down the street with their arms around each other.
A DL poster claims to have seen the two of them together at a restaurant recently, acting all cozy and intimate. DL poster says he assumed they were just another gay couple, but then he recognized Richard.
One of Brandon's friends posted a pic of Brandon and Richard together (not romantic, just hanging out) and commented that Brandon was lucky. Brandon replied back "blessed."
Brandon has a Spotify play list of love songs titled "Richard."
Sometime in February, Brandon's ex, Sam Smith, unfollowed Richard on Instagram. (lololol) And speaking of Instagram, Brandon follows Richard's dad on Instagram, and Richard's dad follows Brandon -- which is notable in that his dad only follows a handful of people, mostly family and close friends.
In the Vogue interview that just came out a week or so ago, Richard is asked point-blank if he's ever questioned his sexuality, and he flatly refuses to answer the question.
