I had a friend (straight) who dated him. She said he was bad in bed. Mark grew up wealthy. He inherited 10 mil from I believe his grandfather. She also said he was generous with his money. He paid all her bills and bought her a new car.

He always seemed so desperate for fame. It wasn't enough for him to be the very recognizable front man for a decently popular band. He and his embarrassing frosted tips jumped at every chance to be in front of the camera, taking every minor hosting gig thrown his way. For a while, it seemed like he was everywhere, yet he grew less appealing (at least for me) with each appearance.

Mark McGrath was forthright and completely honest back in the day when he was relevant. He told all the world that he had been with men sexually all those years ago. I tip my hat to him for doing what so many more of his contemporaries could also had state, but never would.
