Is that photoshopped? It looks like Oprah has a bunion. Surgery will fix it but she would probably have to be off her feet for a month. That's probably why she hasn't gotten it done yet - it's more of an inconvenience. Although it looks quite painful.

How did her feet get to look that bad? It's nice like she's a dancer. I guess it's from the shoes she wears. Anyway, that is one BAD bunion. She should get it removed, no matter how long she'd have to be off her feet. Her toes look all out of whack too. Those are some bad feet.

I don't have a foot fetish (sure, Jan), but I do look at people's feet and footwear. It says a lot about a person. I'm not sure why Oprah, with all of her money and resources, would not get some medical help for her feet.
