I think that Nicole Kidman is a wonderful actress, much better than most of her peers, but I've never seen her as a great beauty. I do believe she's "cut back" on her use of fillers and paralyzing agents. For a while she was definitely overdoing them. Jolie, however, now she's totally different story. I think she's sheer perfection. Sure, there are photos out there of her looking too thin, taken from bad angles and lighting, but Jolie remains the most beautiful woman of our time, with Michelle Pfeiffer nipping at her heels.

Nicole gave a great performance in Rabbit Hole, but Christ, she either had Botox or some type of procedure literally before the cameras started rolling because her face could barely move and her face was so distracting. There is one pivotal close-up and the power of the scene was diminished because of Kidman's face.

I don't think she bleaches her hair. I think it's naturally white and she tints it yellow. Putting red tint on white hair would look iridescent. She was a red for most of her career. It's unlikely she went blonde for vanity or to help her career. Most people like her better red. She wore a strawberry blonde wig in Big Little Lies.

She had upper lip surgery so that when she smiles she doesn't show too much gum. She either gets filler in her upper lip, which used to be non existent, or she had something permanently implanted. I am fairly certain she had a nose job, some refinement of the tip, but it could just be make up. Your typical Hollywood tweaks that added up make a big difference.

R98 lots of women have hair loss. Some times its genetic (same gene that causes baldness in men). Dieting can contribute. Wearing ponytails, buns and tight braids all the time can damage the scalp. I believe genetics are the number one cause. It's pretty common for women to have hair loss as they age. They just don't lose it in as dramatic away as men. With women the hair gets thin and stringy but usually not the chrome dome men get.

Furthermore, if she gains some weight it immediately shows, so she has to be very thin to avoid having a chubby face. It wasn’t plastic surgery, it was a heavy diet that changed her looks. Hair loss, probably due to poor nutrition. Sometimes, with people like Jolie-Voightface, poor nutrition is due to anorexia and substance use. Sometimes the substance use is driven by the anorexia. Anyway, she's not eating like a normal human, and hasn't for over a decade. There's consequences.
