People don’t get it. For some people, it’s really hard to keep from putting weight on.
Mindy is short and it doesn’t take much to become chunky.
This is clearly the first time in her adult life she’s been able to become thin, regardless of how she did it.
She was likely always self-conscious, always feeling unsexy and needing to cover it.
This has to feel incredibly liberating.

Mindy has never admitted to Ozempic, she claims the weight loss is all discipline about diet and exercise. Which is complete bullshit. And no one is falling for it.
In reality, she has probably been disciplined about diet and exercise for her entire career. She was never "fat." She was normal sized, which only looked bigger on tv, because she was surrounded by anorexic actresses.
That being said, she is very talented and she writes beautifully. Her episodes of The Office were my favorites. If she's happy, more power to her.

I lost an enormous amount of weight, almost too much when I was 30 and it made me look 20 years older. I also think people will get dysmorphia as they thin and continued usage opens up all sorts of weird body issues, malnutrition and bone density issues becuase people become malnourished.
I also still can’t help but think there is a well hidden problem with Ozempic that won’t appear until years or decades later, like it permanently alters your body chemistry, fucks with your metabolism, or the slowing of digestion breeds weird incurable intestinal cancer. Anyone remember Fen Fen? Worse, you need to take it the rest of your life or the weight will come right back double time. And from my experience, it does not settle in the same place, my dearies!
