Absolutely wrong. That criterion you mention was used ONLY for the "taboo" part of the question, asking the respondents to rate how "taboo" they felt society viewed the particular sexual interest. But the other part of the graph definitely rates the respondents' degree of sexual interest in each fetish.
Perhaps you should never again criticize anyone's reading comprehension level, as you obviously have a huge problem in that area.

R6 I am guessing R3 is referring to the fact that people who self identify as women, and are in fact men, are now counted as women in crime stats and everything else, so if they are counting dudes in dresses as women, then women will indeed start to have some odd sexual practices like pedophilia and the like.
