Leo DiCaprio buys yet another house in LA

It’s adjacent to the five properties he already owns in the Hollywood Hills. That’s in addition to his other LA homes in Los Feliz, Beverly Hills, and Malibu. Plus a house in Palm Springs and an apartment in NYC.

Is he buying this one to be near Timothy Chalamet now that he’s living in LA? Do the backyards meet up?

This makes sense, if it does, only as an investment.

No matter how rich I was, I could never see having more than three residences and even that is a lot. An urban and getaway place in one area and maybe something in another part of the country if I split my time might make sense. Several houses in LA? Just why?

[quote]way back in 2007, the actor ran afoul of his next-door neighbors while building a basketball court on his property. The neighbors, an elderly couple from New York named Ron and Joan Linclau, accused DiCaprio of titanic levels of negligence, arguing that the sports court destabilized and caused significant structural damage to their property. DiCaprio, for his part, claimed the structural problems were caused by an illegal retaining wall installed by the Linclaus themselves. The lawsuit was eventually settled out of court in 2009, and peace seemingly returned to the neighborhood

Rich people problems.
