I didn't watch the video linked by OP, but it's pretty clear that there was a lot of sexual abuse in that household, and Michael in particular was pimped out by his father to music industry players.
Back when the first allegations about Michael's pedophilia came out (so about 1990?) LaToya was touring Europe and did some talk shows. I saw her on one where she was asked point blank what her opinion on the pedo claims regarding Michael was, and she said (as verbatim as I can recall): "I have a very definite opinion on that, but I've been warned by my lawyer not to talk about the subject".
In that moment, it was clear to me that all the allegations were true, and she knew the reasons for Michael's aberrations, too.

I believe her. Besides that weirdo manager Latoya hasn't had any real boyfriends, no kids and lived at home way longer than is normal, poor thing and that's saying something because every guy wanted her back in the day including Prince.
