The designer filed a report with the police at the time and a claim with Delta. Her IG has a post about it when it happened in 2018.
She said the FBI made contact with her but she hasn’t heard from them since the initial contact. I wonder if the FBJ is going to get travel itineraries and see if they match other stolen luggage reports/ claims.

Every woman who has had their luggage go missing in the US in the last 10 years should be strongly encouraged to study all the available historic photos of this person.
