any1 watched?
+ pluses:
i am super glad they did not do woke casting, would have ruined the immersion
the scene transition & the love story are more fluid than the 1981 version
- minuses:
the gamemaster was no bodacious nicholas clay 4 sure
dialogues & demeanor r rather modern, lacking the grace & social context of the 1981 version
the movie painted the disabled husband as the villain, so the movie comes off strangely cruel toward disabled ppl since it tried 2 b woke, modern, & 2022
very feminist, yet the girl was made 2 exposed more w/ more nude scene
also, somehow, it is showing the girl being bored of men talking about politics & econ, it is rather anti-feminist and made her looks stupid
finally, the movie shown the girl taking care of her post-war disabled husband & it seems like so much of a burden, that her sister screamed 4 the husband 2 get his own personal caregiver. The wedding vow includes in sickness & in health 4 a reason ladies. In the 1981 version, lady chatterley was by the husband's side 2 take care of him without grievance, and only tagged a nurse in when the husband got worse. There was more realistic tenderness between the chatterley couple in 1981.

Is there male nudity?
That's all we care about, OP.

'The girl'?
There have also been at least three other versions since the 1981 film.

The creature playing Lady Chatterley claims to be a non-woman.
But does the audience get to see her damaged vagina and muzzled mammies?

R2 r6 yes, of course, it's lady chatterley, full frontal is expected

I’m not going to watch a film about a woman who is a wanton slut engaging in adultery.

Does anybody remember the anaemic(sexless) BBC version a couple a couple of years ago with Richard Madden? You really wondered what the point was.

Not much.
The plot of "Lady Chatterley's Lover" lasts 360 pages of waffle in the book format.
Hemingway could have told the same story in 50 pages.

Yes, he would have shot himself before finishing.
Oh, wait. He did.

Terrible film. Stick with the Nicolas Clay version.

Yes R14! Gorgeous man.
And the divine Sylvia Kristel (also starred in Emanuelle). She shacked up with Ian MacShane but I think he beat her or something. Or they drank/drugged up too much. She has a miscarriage - they split up. Anyway... loved Ian - sad to read he was a jerk.

I was just going through puberty when the last one was shown on TV and I think I jerked off to the memory of the games keeper’s ass for the next 10 years.

If it weren’t for this reboot I would never have found out about the Nicholas Clay version with its long, loving, lingering footage of his ass all wet and soapy. Hallelujah! How did I get this far in life without seeing that!

Why do they always have to use prosthetics? First Theo James and now this.

That is his real dong, as he has shown it before and is not afraid to let his unmutilated dong hang out for the world to see.

I remember the BBC adaptation around 1993. I was a horny 14 year old who watched it on the tv in my room (with the volume turned right down so my parents didn’t catch me) and remember being rewarded by an all too brief glimpse of Sean Bean’s cock. He was really hot back then and, frankly, he still is now in a rough as nails kinda way. Ahh, memories.

These people aren’t hot enough. And I used to think Emma Corrin was faking the hole non-binary thing for attention, but she does have a certain mannish quality about her, so I suppose it makes sense.
