Cattrall always had a small head compared to her body, but she had a pretty heart-shaped face. It worked for her for a long time...until one day it didn't. Her face has become square. Her neck shortened and fattened-up. And her clothing and hair and not doing her any favors.
But girls, the woman is 65. SJP is 55. They ain't in the same bracket. Kim could still look rather glam ten years ago, too. Now she is in grandma territory.
Cattrall doesn't give two fucks about Hollywood. Her brother died, which was terribly traumatic for her. And she refused to make a SATC movie in spite of the other three wanting it badly. She's just like "NO."

I've been watching 'Filthy Rich' and for the most part Kim looks good. (Patricia Field is consulting on her costumes.) I had to look up how old Cattrall is, and she does indeed look good for 64. My mum is about to turn 68 and--I hate to sound like a bitch, but it's true--she lost her looks at around age 60, maybe a bit before. She had a tummy tuck (the only cosmetic procedure I've ever known her to have) around 2006 at age 54, and it didn't really take. Between arthritis, menopause, and some thyroid issues, I think she realized she was never going to be trim again. I think if 'Filthy Rich' gets picked up for a 2nd series, Kim might lose some weight. Or maybe not, as long as she's happy.
