I think they'll definitely recast. And if he filmed for any upcoming movies, they'll reshoot his scenes with another actor. They're not going to rewrite all the films in this phase. Recasting has been done before in the MCU and it isn't a big deal. His career is over with Marvel, whether or not the allegations are true. If he's found guilty then his career is probably completely over in Hollywood.

It was barely a blip on the radar when Tracy Jordan called for gay men to be killed during his stand-up routine in Nashville. His PR team released some mild apologies, Tina Fey said nothing, and then he had the car crash and everyone forgot about it.
Then Reddit's golden child, Terry Crews said that gay men raising kids is an abomination. And nobody even blinked. Again, his PR team released a bland statement and all was forgiven.
These black celebrities are given a pass, all the time, for that shit they say about gays. And black athletes are frequently given a pass for domestic violence.

I'm not sure what Miller has on WB executives but it's doubtful that Majors has it over the Marvel bigwigs, so I agree with posters above that he's done with them.
We'll see how everything shakes out for him as the criminal justice system deals with this issue.
