I saw them perform at Mohegan Sun and Joe was definitely on something. Like roaming the stage when he shouldn't have, glassy unfocused eyes. The camera kept staying on Nick and Kevin with him occasionally strolling by.

I just know one of the two times I saw Joe Jonas he was rushing past me into the old Delicatessen restaurant in NYC on the Lower East Side. I was waiting for a table. When I finally was about to be seated I wanted to go to the bathroom and wash my hands and he was rushing up the steps from the bathroom and out the restaurant. When I got down there, boy had he blown the place up. Whatever he had eaten somewhere else had become an emergency. I just think it’s funny celebs rushing into random restaurants to shit up the place just like real people.
