R19, I heard nothing but bad things about them— I think from DL during Peggy’s heyday. Similarly, the slippery line in Shriner’s ads “no one is turned away FOR INABILITY TO PAY…”, makes people think Shriners never turns a kid away, period— but people have said otherwise.
