I went to college with him - Penn 1984. He was well-known on campus as a conservative Republican even in his early 20s. These were the days of Ronald Reagan’s first term. Frank didn’t look any better than he does now. He was overweight and sloppy, and wore an ill fitting, wig even as an undergrad.
I don’t know if he’s gay, but it wouldn’t surprise me.
