Is "Content Bacon" a legit advertising company??

I applied to a position online that later turned out to be this company. I admit, I don't understand these sort of companies or how they work or how to distinguish them from scams or not.

Stuff sounds kinda shady, yet most advertising firms are. The prices they sell packages to customers for is quite steep, though. Again, could be the norm. Employee reviews seem like paid reviews.
