She's quoting a Dominican song that repeats the lyric, "Should I Kill Myself?" as she points out later.
Also she's sarcastically saying to that person, so what do you want me to do? Kill myself? Because of her comments about her.
The problem is people like this Adelle really think they can say anything about anyone and they either won't see it, won't have an opinion about it or won't be upset by it.
