I had a body like this in my 30’s when I was a bartender. It requires 4+ hours at the gym every day, at least an hour of cardio and steroids. I was also out dancing all weekend long at the clubs...
Unless you’re making tons of money looking that way it’s not sustainable.

If you really know what you’re doing; it certainly does not require 4 hrs a day in the gym. Nor does it necessarily require steroids. 4 hrs in the gym is absurd.

Some bodybuilders are so strange.
I have an IG where I post men's muscle butts and, around January this bodybuilder, Nick Trigili added me. I don't know how he found my IG and why he added me. Today he asked people to ask him anything via IG stories; I asked if people felt intimidated by him at first glanced and, later he blocked.
