I found him super sexy when he was on Battlestar Galactica. Sadly he is not aging well. That's gotta be tough for an actor. Perhaps I can comfort him.

He was extremely good looking, but r2 is right that he's not aging well. He hasn't had terrible work done and doesn't seem to have the telltale aging signs of an addict.
What strikes me is that he's hit the aging wall, almost as if he were actually in his late forties, not his early forties. It's he's actually 5-7 years older than he claims. This would have been fine to be 33 and claim to be 28, but you hit a wall in your late forties.
He looks closer to Matt Damon's age, rather than 42.
He does great voice over work.
