The video got boring very quick. Why ask 20 people to say a word when you made your stupid point after the first three?
One of those automated voices on a YouTube video pronounced Ottawa as OH-tah-wah, which I think is much more interesting.

People from rural areas tend to say "Toronno", people who have an iron grip on their pronunciation / force themselves or people who are ESL say ToronTo.

I’m Canadian (not from Toronto) and I pronounce it “Toronno”. I would say “Tra-nah” is a specifically Southern Ontario (working class) pronunciation.
Another “Upper Canada” regionalism is pronouncing “anything” or “anyone” as “enah-thing” or “enah-one” - though this is dying out, you still notice it in Boomers.

The second T is typically muted or removed entirely, at least among Canadians.

Also, Montreal is often pronounced as "Muntreal," even among Anglos.

It's really Toron'o.
There's a glottal stop where the second T is. Very natural to natives of North America.
Elton John is pronounced El'n, very similar.
