R8 I am not fat. I was a fat baby because my mother feed me too much milk but I am skinny every since I am able to feed myself. I have those stretch marks since I was a kid.

Stretch marks can be removed only through surgery and skin grafts, and even then the results are not guaranteed because some striae (the technical term) go deep into the dermis. You don't want to have people taking giant chunks out of you with the hope that everything can be smoothed over.
Just wait a couple years. When things droop and sag and your asshole prolapses, no one will be noticing any stretch marks except your proctologist and nurses' aides.

I developed stretch marks on my lower back, shoulders, and around arm pits when I went through puberty. I wasn’t even all that overweight. Most have faded, and I’ve somewhat gotten used to them but they still make me self conscious even though I’m in pretty decent shape now.

Unless the stretch marks are very pronounced and your ass looks like it's given birth, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I've even seen gay porn actors with (light) stretch marks on their ass cheeks/hips.
